Mabining Mandirigma Steampunked Apolinario Mabini

Mabining Mandirigma is an original steampunk Filipino musical by Tanghalang Pilipino that will tackle the life of Apolinario Mabini from his youth up to his involvement in the KKK.

The cast is led by Delphine Buencamino in the title role of Apolinario Mabini and Arman Ferrer as Emilio Aguinaldo. Major supporting roles will be played by Carol Bello as Dionisia/Inang Bayan,  Marco Via
ña as Pule (younger self of Mabini), Aldo Vencilao as Pepe, and Jonathan Tadioan as Felipe Buencamino. Tanghalang Pilipino Actors' Company members as well as a few guest artists will play both ensemble and minor support roles.








Dr. Nicanor G. Tiongson serves as the librettist while Chris Millado directs. The rest of the artistic staff is comprised of Jed Balsamo (music and composition), Denisa Reyes (choreography), Toym Imao (set design), James Reyes (costume design), Katsch Catoy (lights design), Barbara Tan-Tiongco (technical direction), and GA Fallarme (video projection design).












The production will be shown on July 3-5, 10-12, and 17-19. Friday shows will be at 8pm, Saturday shows at 3pm and 8pm, and Sunday shows at 3PM.





The show will be at the CCP Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino (Little Theater). For ticket details, you may contact the CCP Box Office at 832-3704 or Ticketworld at 891-9999.




Ticket prices are at, 600, 800, and 1,000 with discounts available for students, senior citizens, and persons with disability.
