Karnabal Festival 2016, Sa Kamay ng Manonood ang Desisyon Kung Magkano

A curated festival, KARNABAL bares works on the edge, in between the lines, dynamic, bold, liminal, death- and depth-defying; and explores new modes of creating. It serves as an avenue for artists to freely test new works or develop existing ones, as well as share and generate a new breed of audiences for the Philippine arts scene.
